The CFA Franc BCEAO (XOF) is the official currency of eight West African countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo. It is issued by the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) and is pegged to the Euro at a fixed rate.

The Guinean Franc (GNF) is the official currency of Guinea. It was introduced in 1959 to replace the CFA franc.
